AppArt is seeking for young, talented and focused individuals who are interested in working among telecommunications professionals in a dynamic and motivated environment full of everyday challenges. More specifically, we are looking for a candidate who is, ultimately, required to maximize all business opportunities on behalf of the company. By liaising with customers, current and potential, and the rest of the teams within AppArt, the Business Development Executive is involved in all opportunities to expand business.

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product/solution value
  • Being a reliable point of contact and building long-term relationships with customers
  • Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Interacting with customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate client need fulfillment
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer objectives
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company solutions and services
  • Keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Identifying new markets and business opportunities
  • Demonstrating and presenting solutions
  • Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
  • Preparing and submitting technical and commercial quotation
  • Monitoring tenders and inquiries issuance and managing proposal submission
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement, technical, commercial, contractual, with a view to closing sales
  • Providing management with feedback

Knowledge, Skills and Experience we need you to have

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English language
  • Ability to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints

Further skills we would appreciate

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Post graduate degree
  • Understanding of software development, marketing, analytics, and campaigns management concepts
  • Experience in National and EU Funding Programs in ICT area from proposal submission up to project execution
  • Ability to write functionality descriptions and produce similar sales supportive documentation
